Courtney is an author, musician, journalist, arts administrator and jewellery maker who launched her poetry collection Brown Girls in Bright Red Lipstick in 2012 and has since published a story collection, two children’s books and a second collection. She has appeared in literary festivals internationally, held several global residencies, and was most recently Director of Tautai Pacific Arts Trust.
