Raelene is the Group Chief Executive of Sport New Zealand and High Performance Sport New Zealand. She took up this position in 2020 after seven years in Australia where she held Chief Executive roles at Rugby Australia and Canterbury Bankstown Bulldogs Rugby League Club. Raelene received an ONZM in 2015 for her contribution to business and sport.
